When: Mondays 9:00-10:00am

Who: Moms and babies 0-12 months (or until walking/fully mobile)

*All moms and babes welcome, regardless of feeding method!*

What to expect: While your baby gets time to socialize with other babies in a safe and friendly environment, mothers receive support discussing issues such as nursing/pumping, formula feeding/bottle feeding, introducing solids, baby wearing, developmental milestones, relationships after baby, mental health and more. Local health professionals as featured guest speakers on occasion (physical therapists, mental health counselors, pediatricians, and more). Holiday parties and special events may be organized throughout the year!

Scale always available for weight checks and weighted feeds (for nursing babies)
